Ingredients :
6 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 inch of ginger (sliced)
1pc Star Anise
3 stalks of green onion (cut into thirds)
2 stalk of Lemongrass (crushed and tied)
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 pepper
Ingredients :
6 cloves of garlic (crushed)
1 inch of ginger (sliced)
1pc Star Anise
3 stalks of green onion (cut into thirds)
2 stalk of Lemongrass (crushed and tied)
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 pepper
Procedure :
1. In a medium size pot, add water then Marcapina Soy Sauce.
2. Put the garlic, ginger, star anise, green onion, lemongrass, brown sugar and lastly the pepper. Then stir.
3. Add the chicken legs then boil over high heat and cover with lid.
4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 mins. Then remove chicken and set aside.
5. Add Cornstarch slurry (Until desired sauce consistency achieved)
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
